Parkour Lessons

Our Parkour lesson plans are designed to increased movability through the use of obstacles and other attributes.

If you can't find the class suitable for you or your child, please contact us and we can discuss the possibility of adding a class.

Parkour | Teen | Gr 7 - 12 (6 wks) CAD$169Purchase required to enroll

Parkour | Teen is for young athletes in Grades 7 thru 12, the focus is on the Train to Train Stage of athlete development working on core movement skills in structured and unstructured activities
Continued emphasis on the ABC’s of movement. Agility, Balance, Coordination & Speed
90 min classes once per week.
12 sessions.

If your lessons plan falls on a Monday, Thanksgiving and Remembrance Day will be days off and will be replaced by Oct. 28 and Dec. 16.

Parkour | Adult (6 wks) CAD$169Purchase required to enroll

Parkour | Adult is a for the adults, 18+, the focus is on developing core movement skills in structured and unstructured activities and building the strength to develop the precision skills needed for Parkour.
Continued emphasis on the ABC’s of movement. Agility, Balance, Coordination & Speed
90 min classes once per week.
6 sessions.

If your lessons plan falls on a Monday, Remembrance Day will be a day off and will be replaced by and Dec. 16.
