Trampoline Lessons

Freestyle Trampoline Training Programs. Our courses are designed to complement and enhance our athletes' ability to perform in all sports.

If you have been in lessons before please book the level you have reached in your last report card.

Levels
- Intro - first-timers
- Novice - passed Intro
- Intermediate - passed Novice
- Advanced - passed Advanced

If this is your first time having lessons please book our Intro Level in the appropriate Age Group. If you do think your child should be in a higher level please book Intro Level and then email academy.sqm@airhouse.ca to discuss possible level changes.

If you can't find the class suitable for you or your child, please contact us and we can discuss the possibility of adding a class.

Trampoline | Gr K - 3 | Intro/Novice CAD$119Purchase required to enroll

Gr K - 3 Intro/Novice is a for young athletes in Kindergarten to Grade 3, this is the FUNdamentals stage of the Canada Sport for Life Long Term Athlete Development Program
  • Classes are 60 min long and focused on Fun
  • Continued learning of the ABC’s of movement. Agility, Balance, Coordination & Speed
  • Through structured and unstructured play, the young athletes are developing the fundamental movement skills that will provide the foundation for learning sports skills at an older age
  • Our Coaches guide these young athletes through active play-time, helping build important connections within the brain and between the brain and their muscles
  • Continuous learning of your sports safety and risk identification

If this class falls on a Monday, Remembrance is a day off and the class will be moved to December 16.

Trampoline | Gr 4 - 6 | Intro/Novice CAD$119Purchase required to enroll

Gr 4-6 Intro is a for young athletes in Grade 4 – 6 focusing on the Canada Sport for Life LEARN TO TRAIN stage understanding the rules, tactics, and decision making in their chosen sport
  • Classes are 1 hour in length once a week
  • Coaches focus on guiding the development of coordination and fine motor control
  • More emphasis on formalized training methods with a balance of free play for exploration
  • Conversion of fundamental movement skills into fundamental sport skills
If this class falls on a Monday, Remembrance day will be a day off and be replaced by Dec 16.

Trampoline | Gr 7 - 12 | Intermediate/Advanced CAD$119Purchase required to enroll

Gr 7-12 Intermediate/Advanced is a for athletes in Grade 7 – 12 who have successfully passed Novice. These athletes are going through a big physical and emotional change, athletes at a competitive level start to focus on the TRAIN TO TRAIN stage of the Canada Sport for Life. Others are looking for a way to stay active in a fun and social atmosphere
  • Classes are 1 hour in length once a week
  • Coaches focus on providing a safe space for the youth to be positively engaged in their sport
  • Continued focus on timing, coordination and fine motor control
  • Structure and routine become more formalized within the training with programmed free time for expression and exploration
  • Focus on fundamental sports skills including understanding the rules of sport, values, and consequences of one’s actions.

Adults Only Air Academy for 18+ yr olds.

This special course is designed for people who want to improve their overall General Physical Preparedness right through to amateur or advanced athletes. Start from scratch or dust off the old skills with our team of expert coaches. Learn trampoline safety, the landing positions and all the skills to progress on the tramp and in all sports. All classes are run by experienced, trained and CFSA Air certified coaches in a controlled, non-intimidating, safe and fun environment. This course covers the FUNdamentals of trampoline safety, basic skills, landings, sequences and movement techniques. It helps build confidence and encourages improvement through skill progressions and conditioning.
